our leaders

FTG has a tiered leadership structure that includes student leaders who are on the ground making disciples, planning events, and ministering to their fellow students. Next gen leaders are recent grads who function as mentors and team leads on campus. Also, we have 2 staff roles which are currently filled by the founder and our ministry resident. In addition to these leadership roles, we also have stakeholders who provide their homes, prayers, insight, and money to the ministry.
